5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the developed work transfer to the client upon full payment. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property or templates is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParakhCodx is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses resulting from the use of our services. Use of our services is at your own risk.

7. Termination Clause

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, including non-payment or violation of intellectual property rights.

8. Payment Gateway & Disputes

We use Paytm and other third-party gateways for payments. We are not responsible for transaction failures due to banking network issues. All disputes are subject to Raipur, Chhattisgarh jurisdiction.
